About the Role:We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our supply team for roles in SEN schools in the Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme areas. Whether you are looking for temporary, long-term, or day-to-day work, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with special educational needs in their learning and development
• Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Providing one-on-one or small group support as required
• Implementing individual education plans and adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of each student
• Promoting social and emotional development and fostering a sense of independence in students

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential
• A compassionate and patient nature, with a strong commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different settings and with various age groups
