Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
• Monitor and report on pupils' progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Support pupils in developing essential life skills and managing their behaviours.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with complex SEN and PMLD.
• Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
