Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Liverpool centre
Salary: £87 to £90 per day + CPD, PAYE
Contract: Full-time or Part-time – We work around you!
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging, interactive, and inclusive lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who need extra help
• Encouraging and inspiring children to reach their full potential academically and socially
• Supporting classroom management, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
• Helping with administrative tasks, lesson preparation, and resource organization
• Assisting children with special educational needs (SEN) where necessary
• Supervising students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school activities

• A passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff
• The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different classroom settings
• A patient, caring, and positive attitude with a proactive approach
• Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
