• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who need extra help
• Encourage and motivate students to develop confidence and independence in their learning
• Help with classroom management, behaviour support, and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, and other key subjects
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to meet students' needs

• Previous UK experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
