We are seeking a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Leeds, working in KS1 from March to July. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and engaging school environment.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to reinforce learning and support pupil progress
• Assist in phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy activities
• Help with classroom organisation, lesson preparation, and resource management
• Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in KS1 (preferred)
• Strong understanding of phonics and early learning strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
