The Role

• Provide one-on-one and group support for students with diverse needs
• Assist in learning activities, life skills development, and social engagement
• Work across different departments and year groups as required
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support teams to meet student needs
• Help foster a positive and stimulating learning environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with SEN students (essential)
• A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
• Flexibility to work across various year groups and departments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A commitment to helping every student reach their potential
