Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with academic and social development

• Assisting the class teacher with lessons, resources, and routines

• Working with pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

• Supporting small-group and 1:1 interventions

• Promoting a calm, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment
