The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individual and small group support for students, assist with classroom management, and help create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
· Assist with the learning and development of children, including those with special educational needs.
· Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
· Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with pupils to support their learning.
· Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and materials.
· Contribute to assessments and feedback to ensure every childs progress is tracked.

About You:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual who:
· Has a genuine passion for working with children.
· Holds a relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or is willing to work towards one).
· Demonstrates patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
· Can adapt to different learning styles and support a range of abilities.
· Is enthusiastic about working as part of a dedicated and collaborative team.
· Experience in a similar role within a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
