Teaching Assistants

Full-time - Monday to Friday - £88 - £90 per day

Are you an inspiring Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a number of primary and secondary schools across Ashford and the surrounding areas, and we're looking to recruit multiple Teaching Assistants to join our team!

We are supporting schools within a 1-hour radius of Ashford and have a variety of roles available for immediate start - both general classroom support and one-to-one roles. These positions are initially temporary long-term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

No school-based experience yet? No problem! We offer our in-house TA School (delivered at our Whitstable office), which is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a school setting.

• Supporting students in small groups or one-to-one

• Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation and classroom tasks

• Encouraging a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Helping with the setup of classroom resources and equipment

• Supporting on school trips and outdoor learning activities

• Clarifying and reinforcing instructions to help pupils stay engaged

• Personal care to children may be required
