Job Description - Team Administrator

Team Administrator
Birmingham, Snow Hill (Hybrid) |Contract: 12 Months | Day Rate: £170 per day (Umbrella)

We are seeking a proactive Team Administrator to support senior management in Birmingham, Snow Hill. This 12-month hybrid contract offers a £170 per day (umbrella) rate and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management and travel booking.
Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track actions.
Maintain records, databases, and document management systems.
Draft correspondence and support small projects to ensure team efficiency.
Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries from senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proven experience in administration and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
