JOB TITLE: Team Administrator

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £13 - £14 PH

TERM: End of October

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

START: ASAP

Office Angels are excited to be working with this local expanding business in recruiting for a Team Administrator. You will be joining a sociable and friendly team, based in Maidstone close to the M20. This is a temporary position running up until the end of October.

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

• Overseeing the packaging process to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintaining inventory records and managing stock levels
• Coordinating with suppliers and production teams
• Assisting with the preparation of packaging materials
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supporting other administrative tasks as needed

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Excellent communication skills
• A strong administration background ideally working closely within production
• Strong system and IT skills
