An online retail company is looking for an Administrator to join their team based in Ladbroke Grove, West London. This is a full time 6 month contract, hybrid ( 2 days in the office, 3 at home). There will be a requirement for Saturday working, this is from home and shared between 3 other members of the team on rotation. Hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm on Saturday. You will be looking after all the logistical aspects of a customer’s order from the completion of the sales order through to its delivery. Answering all internal enquires that arise during this process, working with other internal departments, their delivery partners, their own internal delivery team and customers, to ensure they deliver the best service possible.
