Job Description - Team Assistant

Key Details:

Role: Team Assistant / Office Manager
Location: London
Start date: End August
Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Friday 08:30 - 13:30
Days in Office: 5 days

Company Overview:

We have an incredibly exciting opportunity to join an asset management firm in the heart of London. This dual Team Assistant / Office Manager role is a busy, dynamic position with opportunities to support in many areas of the business. The company has a great, warm culture with the opportunity for progression and flexibility in the role.

Responsibilities:

Assist with diary management and scheduling.
Coordinate travel arrangements and documentation.
Prepare and format key documents and presentations.
Liaise with household staff and handle general admin.
Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses.
Maintain accurate filing systems and financial records.
Oversee daily office operations and supplies.
Coordinate with service providers and manage facilities.
Greet visitors and handle general enquiries.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years experience in a support role
Highly proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ABility to multi-task under pressure
Organised and flexible
