Job Description - Team Assistant

Our large investment client, based in the city, is now actively hiring an admin assistant coordinator to join their large and busy team for maternity cover.

This role will support and work closely with MDs and a wider team, as well as communicate closely with other EAs in the team.

  • Diary management
  • Global travel
  • Expense management

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience as a team assistant in a financial setting.
  • Highly organised.
  • Good diary management and travel arrangement skills.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days of expectation in the office, paying £30PH.
