Team Assistant, Global Investment firm

An exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join an effervescent and collaborative client facing division within a global investment firm.

You will be client facing in your communication, highly organised and be ambitious to be in this international environment. You will be supporting MDs, Partners, Associates, and Analysts ensuring everything runs smoothly in this fast-moving division.

This is a role for an individual who is personable, confident, and proactive. An assistant that thrives on offering solutions in a fast-paced environment that is also filled with opportunities to grow.

You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant in either investment or professional services. You should have worked in a fast-paced environment supporting a team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:

• Juggling and coordinating complex diaries and fast-changing schedules for a large, busy team
• Arranging international travel and handling related expenses — think global itineraries and seamless logistics
• Liaising directly with clients, senior stakeholders, and leadership
• Supporting on ad-hoc projects, group events

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant in investment or professional services

This is a 12- 18 month assignment — full-time, 5 days a week in the office, with potential to extend and become a permanent employee at this top investment firm.
