A leading real estate firm based in the heart of the city require a proactive Team Assistant to join their team to provide support to CEO/Chairman and small senior management team.

The role:

• Diary management and calendar management
• National travel, trains, hotels and transfers
• Managing and booking meetings
• Arranging board backs
• Sitting in on meetings and taking minutes- previous experience not required
• General admin support to senior managers when required
• Organising lunches and supporting with office socials events

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• A can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Organised, proactive approach
