REED Business Support in Bath is working in conjunction with a well known business in Bath in their search for a Temporary Team Co-ordinator.
Hourly pay: £16.07
Start: 12th May – 30th June
36.5 hours per week, M-F
100% office based
This role involves comprehensive project co-ordination, recruitment, event organisation, and administrative support.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Admissions: Manage all aspects of student recruitment from publicity to processing applications and coordinating interviews and open days.
• Support: Co-ordinate with external training providers and academic staff, manage coursework distribution and record keeping.
• Support to the Director and Deputy Director: Manage diaries, arrange meetings and handle administrative tasks to support the Directors’ team.
• Financial Administration: Monitor budgets, manage financial accounts.
• Project Co-ordination and meeting support: Organize and support strategic meetings, manage agendas and ensure follow-up on meeting actions.
• Events & Marketing: Co-ordinate events such as conferences and showcases, manage event logistics and maintain marketing materials.
• General Administrative Duties: Perform reception duties, liaise with external partners, and undertake additional tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative or co-ordinator roles.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in event planning.
