Team Leader - Production

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Team Leader to lead a small crew of 4 in producing top-quality products. If you're organised, positive, and always ready to roll your sleeves up - this could be your next big move!

Location: Huddersfield (HD3 Area)

Pay: £13.25 per hour (rising to £14.25!)

Benefits:

• Paid 30-minute lunch break
• Paid for 40 hours while working 38

Must Haves:

• Physically capable and hands-on approach
• Strong organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and lead by example

Hours:

• Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:15pm (trialling Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a production team of 4
• Maintain output and quality in shower tray production
• Organise workflow and ensure smooth operations
• Get hands-on and support the team where needed

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in manufacturing or physical work environments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience advantageous.
