Team Leader

Huntswood is looking for a Team Leader with financial services experience to join an exciting project for a leading retail bank. If you have managed a team of Administrators within financial services, then we want to hear from you.

Managing a team of Administrators who will be dealing with instructions from government entities and actioning the instructions on customer accounts, you will support them in their work and manage the team on a day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in the client's office in Northampton two days per week.

Start Date: May 2025

Day Rate: £240 a day - Husp Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in office in Northampton, 3 days per week remote

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:

• Extensive Team Leader experience on a financial services project
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience of MI data collation and ability to share this with the project's Operations Team
• Management of team attendance and workflow, in office and remotely
• Ability to implement and maintain quality standards, and conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance against internal policies and procedures
• Commitment to travel to client offices in Northampton
• Resource and space to work from home
