Team Leader

Are you a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving team success? Huntswood is seeking a proactive and organised Team Leader to oversee a team of Administrators supporting our client's data integration function. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: West Malling (Office-based)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £240/day (Umbrella only - we'll help you get set up!)

Contract: 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a team of Administrators to meet daily targets and service levels
• Monitoring workflow and ensuring timely, accurate completion of data backlog tasks
• Supporting the team with complex queries and escalations from inbound calls and emails
• Acting as the main point of contact between the team and internal stakeholders
• Providing coaching, feedback, and performance updates to team members
• Ensuring compliance with processes and maintaining high-quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in handling escalated calls and managing team inboxes
• A proactive mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Experience in data processing or customer service environments is a plus
