Team Leader - Financial Services

Meraki Talent are supporting a leading wealth management firm who are seeking a Team Leader for a 7-month fixed-term contract within Glasgow.

In this role, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring client assets are protected and services are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll support regulatory compliance, contribute to strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

Key duties will include:

• Lead the day-to-day management of the Central Team, ensuring smooth onboarding and service processes.
• Deliver high-quality service to clients, investment managers, and advisers.
• Produce and present relevant MI, KPIs, and KRIs to internal stakeholders.
• Drive team performance against SLAs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support operational resilience and business continuity efforts.

Applicants should have gained previous experience in team leadership and service delivery, with a flare for leading and coaching team members. Applicants should have some knowledge of CASS regulations and ideally hold the IOC qualification.
