Assignment length: 2-3 months with potential extension

We're seeking a Team manager to provide expert guidance and supervision to a team of 7 outreach workers supporting people experiencing homelessness in West London.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you won't hold a personal caseload but will supervise 7 outreach workers, each managing around 15-20 clients. Your focus will be on:

? Providing line management support

? Overseeing performance and ensuring high-quality service delivery

? Reporting figures to line managers and commissioners

? Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry

Further Detail:

· Co-ordinate all activities within the project/team effectively, maintaining organizational standards and meeting targets.

· Develop and implement work plans, operational policies, and procedures to support the mission and objectives of our organization.

· Manage resources effectively, including financial procedures and controls.

· Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

· Provide coaching, professional development, and line management support to employees, including performance management and supervision.

· Deliver timely and accurate reports and analysis to senior management and funders.

· Represent our organization at external meetings and maintain positive relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.

· Adapt to changing circumstances and undertake alternative work as necessary to fulfill obligations to service users.

About You

This role is ideal for someone with:

? Experience in outreach or homelessness services

? Some line management experience

? Strong organisational and reporting skills
