I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team PA to join an Investment Management firm located in the City of London. You will be working alongside a team of assistants providing support to a busy team of 10, including some MD's that require heavy diary and travel support, with light touch support for the other reports.

To be successful, you will have proven PA experience working within investment banking or financial services, a flexible and team-orientated approach, and a strong work ethic.

The role offers 1 day hybrid working each week.

What you’ll do:

• Extensive diary management for the MD's and team as required.
• Arrange all meetings, including logistics such as booking conference calls, meeting rooms and catering needs.
• Organise extensive travel arrangements, including logging flights, visa and currency exchange.
• Preparation of all itineraries and materials ahead of meetings.
• Processing expenses.
• Acting as gatekeeper for MD’s to ensure their days run seamlessly.
• Working closely with other assistants to provide coverage where needed.
• Support with various projects as required.

What you’ll need:

• Experience working within Investment Banking - desired
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
• Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
• Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels while building good relationships
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
• Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
