Team Support - Join Our Dynamic Utilities Team!

Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference in the utilities sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Support member to join our dedicated team in Swansea! If you possess excellent communication and administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

• Position: Team Support
• Location: Swansea - all onsite
• Pay Rate: £19.65 - £21.95 per hour
• Contract Duration: 5 months with potential for extension
• Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday core hours 8am - 4pm

What You'll Be Doing:

As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing for construction, maintenance, and replacement work while coordinating team activities.
• Managing the team's response to network faults with efficiency and precision.
• Communicating with customers through verbal and written responses to their inquiries.
• Assisting the Team Manager with work programming to keep projects on track.
• Inputting data into our databases to support field teams and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborating with fellow team members and offering assistance whenever needed.

• Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Organisational Skills: Reliability and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Comfort working as part of a small team and willingness to support others.
• Initiative: A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Computer Literacy: Basic keyboard skills are desirable; full training will be provided on the applications used.
