Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant - Doncaster (Team Teach Qualified)
Location: Doncaster and surrounding areas
Salary: £90 - £140 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Supply / Flexible
Start Date: Ongoing

Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Doncaster? Do you hold a valid Team Teach qualification? If so, we want to hear from you.

At Tradewind, we are working in partnership with a variety of primary and secondary schools across Doncaster who require skilled and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a day-to-day and short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference in the classroom.

• Provide support to teachers and pupils in a range of classroom settings

• Work one-to-one or with small groups of students, including those with additional needs

• Use your Team Teach training to manage challenging behaviour effectively and safely

• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

• Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)

• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)

• A current and valid Team Teach certificate (essential)

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism or challenging behaviour

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and a proactive attitude to adapting to different school environments
