IT Support Technical Analyst

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and support - Windows, macOS
• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP / IP), VPNs, DNS, LAN/WAN. Routers, Firewalls
• Knowledge of device management tools Intune, SCCM
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow
• Previous experience working within the Financial Services or Investment Management industry
