Technical Architect - INSIDE IR35 - HYBRID

We are currently working with one of our biggest customers who are in the Financial services sector.  We require an experienced Technical Architect who has experience working with a workplace transformation space.

The main activities of this Role are to create repeatable Architecture Patterns, and produce Infrastructure Solution Designs.  Security and Service are key aspects of these Designs. The Role entails working closely with and influencing a wide variety of Business and Technical Stakeholders, understanding overall Business and IT Strategy, organisational fit, compliance and on-going business change requirements.

Specifically for this role a proven track record with workplace modernisation/transformations and IAM end to end is essential.

Your skills: 

• Support, Implementation and Solution Design exposure to large Public Cloud implementations (Preferably Azure) is essential.
• Support, Implementation and Solution Design exposure to core Technologies (Windows, Linux, Web, Middleware, Database, Security Gateways, LAN/WAN Networking) and specifically MuleSoft API management is essential.
• Experience of designing (including requirements traceability) secure, high performing, highly available Technology Solutions is essential.
• IT Security and Risk experience as part of an Architecture role is essential.
• Experience of working in highly regulated environment (eg Financial Services) is an advantage.

Other key skills:

• Proven track record of workplace migration:
  • Persona definition.
  • Application packaging/virtualisation.
  • Authentication modernisation/transformation.
  • Infrastructure service changes, for example print.
  • IAM – AD and Entra ID.
