In collaboration with Melissa at TN Recruits, a highly reputable company is actively looking for a dynamic Technical Comms & Deployment Co-ordinator to take the reins of a highly driven Comms team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of cutting-edge IT and networking equipment across the UK.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Solid, hands-on experience in IT hardware, networking, and communications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux configuration and deployment.
• Proven ability to lead small teams, manage projects, and stay calm under pressure.
• Confidence liaising with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and solve technical challenges.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project-tracking tools is a big plus

Bonus Points For:
• Field service or hardware engineering background.
• Experience with routers, switches, and firewall configuration.
• A natural ability to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.

Location: On-site, Paddock Wood
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £36,000 depending on experience
