Position Details:

• Job Title: Technical Co-ordinator - Property Services
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: 3 months
• Working Pattern: Full Time (3 days on-site: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; WFH on Tuesday and Thursday)
• Hourly Rate: £21.33 per hour PAYE or £28.26 per hour Umbrella

What You'll Do:
As the Technical Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Property Services teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Property Services managers in reactive, compliance, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Coordinating and verifying reports, ensuring data accuracy, and uploading information as needed.
• Attending supplier meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Managing purchase orders and liaising with colleagues to keep work activities on track.
• Handling statutory compliance documentation and ensuring timely completion of urgent remedials.
• utilising CAFM software to maintain accurate and live compliance information.
• Monitoring budgets and providing insightful reports on reactive maintenance costs.
