Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Onsite)

We're seeking a dedicated Technical Hotline Advisor to be the primary contact for our customers (distributors & garages), offering vital catalogue and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical assistance for product identification, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
• Manage customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with Warranty & Product Management to resolve complex issues.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Technical aptitude or interest (advantageous).
