Technical Project Manager - Platform Delivery (Pensions / Financial Services)

Length of contract: 12 months (possibility for extention)

Location: Onsite in Glasgow 2 days a week

We’re working with a forward-thinking financial institution that has recently acquired a pensions book and is embarking on an exciting transformation journey. As part of this evolution, they’re building a scalable, future-ready platform that will serve as the blueprint for long-term growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be joining a small, agile team at the heart of change - helping shape the future of pensions technology.

• Leading the delivery of a new pensions platform from the ground up
• Working closely with tech leads and stakeholders to ensure realistic timelines and quality outcomes
• Navigating change and ambiguity with confidence and clarity
• Acting as a bridge between business and technology - able to challenge, push back, and drive delivery
• Helping define and embed agile ways of working across the team

• Proven experience delivering complex tech projects in financial services (pensions experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of technology and delivery lifecycles - you know when to challenge and when to adapt
• Comfortable in a small team, fast-moving environment with lots of change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivery
