Technical Surveyor

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Repairs Surveyor to join a well known housing association. The successful candidate will be involved in carrying out comprehensive stock condition surveys and contribute significantly to the improvement of housing stock.

Description

• Conduct detailed stock condition surveys across the housing portfolio.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports on survey findings.
• Collaborate with the construction team to prioritise maintenance and improvement tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all survey activities.
• Identify and report any potential risks or issues in the housing stock.
• Assist in the development and updating of maintenance and improvement strategies.
• Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders as required.

Profile

A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a similar field.
• In-depth knowledge of building construction, building standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and external parties.
• The ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
