TechnologyOne Consultant (HR Workstream & Reporting Focus)

We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Consultant with a strong focus on reporting to support the HR workstream for a leading university near London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation and support for the TechnologyOne ERP HR workstream, with a primary focus on reporting.
• Collaborate with the university's project team to design, configure, and implement HR processes within TechnologyOne.
• Develop, customise, and deliver comprehensive reports to meet the specific needs of the HR department.
• Train and mentor university staff on best practices for reporting and system usage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with TechnologyOne ERP system, specifically within the HR workstream.
• Extensive experience in developing and delivering reports within TechnologyOne.
• Previous experience working on TechnologyOne implementations, preferably within the Higher Education sector.
