Telehandler

Are you a highly skilled and CPCS-certified telehandler driver ready for a stable, long-term opportunity? We're actively seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on a thriving new build housing site right here in Burniston, Scarborough. As our Telehandler Driver, you'll be instrumental in keeping our site running smoothly. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently, moving crucial materials like bricks, timber, and other supplies across the site.
• Ensuring timely and precise delivery of materials to various trades, directly supporting construction progress.
• Managing incoming deliveries, including safe loading and unloading procedures.
• Performing essential daily machine checks and minor maintenance to uphold safety standards.
• Upholding strict site health and safety protocols at all times.
• Communicating effectively with site management and fellow team members.

• Proven and experienced as a Telehandler Driver, ideally with a background in new build housing projects.
• Holds a valid CPCS Telehandler ticket.
• Possesses excellent operating skills and a keen awareness of their surroundings.
• Reliable, punctual, and has a strong, proactive work ethic.
• Committed to maintaining high safety standards on site.
• A strong communicator who can work well as part of a busy team.
• Full UK driving licence.
