The Role:
As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:

• Making outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
• Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or a customer service role.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
? A self-motivated and results-driven approach.
