We seek a Telephone Researcher to conduct surveys, collect data, and maintain accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone surveys using predefined scripts.
• Gather and accurately record data.
• Maintain a professional and polite phone manner.
• Handle objections and meet call targets.
• Esure compliance with client data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in telemarketing, research, or call centers is a plus.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends if needed.
