Telesales administrator

Aspired Talent are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills enabling them to effectively engage with a diverse customer base. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, generating leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients.
Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.

Experience

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A passion for sales and a willingness to learn new techniques.
Engineering background but not essential
