Job Description - Temp admin support

Duration: Temporary assignment- 12 weeks

40 hours per week- (8am-5pm)
Hourly pay rate £13.00 per hour

Our client, premium global brand with offices in Tolworth, is seeking a temporary Temp admin support to join the Food Support Team for 12 weeks, starting as soon as possible.

The role involves assisting the Food Specials Team with organising samples and managing the shared supplier inbox.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable moving boxes and equipment and will be responsible for maintaining the organisation of the sample store.

  • Data inputting
  • Email Inbox Management
  • Sample Management

Person Specification:

  • Administration skills
  • IT savvy with good working knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible, "can do" approach to work
  • Can commit to the duration of the 12 weeks booking
  • Happy to work in a full-time office-based role
  • Able to lift / move boxes and equipment
