Our client, a reputable housing association, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to their Directorate Team. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy working closely with senior management, this role could be perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and assist the PA to the Chief Executive.
• Arrange meetings and manage email inquiries with professionalism and tact.
• Take and produce minutes for Senior Management, Board, and Committee meetings.
• Help organise corporate events, including Board/Committee meetings and scheme openings.
• Assist with special projects, such as communication updates and mailouts.
• Uphold Hexagon's Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies in all duties.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven administrative background supporting senior-level managers.
• Proficient in maintaining efficient records, including minutes and action logs.
• Extensive experience with MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively.
• A positive "can do" attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
