We are currently looking for a temp EA to join a Media Company in the City. This is mainly an office based role and will be paying £25 hour with some flexibility. This is a Senior EA to COO role which requires an EA with extensive experience. This temp position will last until September with a possibility of becoming a perm role.
Duties
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Making travel arrangements for national and international travel
- Working across time zones
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing expense reports
- Inbox management
