Temp Employee Relations Advisor - Arts

Calling all immediately available ER Specialists! Are you looking for experience within an iconic Art institution?

We are currently working on a temporary HR Advisor opportunity covering an short term increased workload - a fab chance to put those advisory skills to work.

The role has a broad generalist remit: you will partner with all levels of the business offering advice on ER, policies and processes as well as supporting managers with advice and recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will bring a creative and innovative approach to match the rest of the team, supporting across the full employee life-cycle. In particular, independently managing ER cases and comfortable advising managers on employment law. You'll have a background working in complex, matrix businesses and feel comfortable working with senior and exec level people with big personalities - able to push back when needed.

Based in Central London, with 2/3 hybrid working model, roughly £150 day rate with some flex.
