Temp to Perm Payroll & Finance Assistant – Scunthorpe – Up To £28,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a well-established business for providing customers with the best in distribution. They are looking for a Payroll & Finance Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis during a period of growth.

Payroll & Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

• Payroll - assist in payroll of monthly salaries, year end process, financial year end closing process
• First point of contact for any payroll queries
• Assisting with inputting purchase invoices, reconciling statements, setting up payments
• Assisting with inputting sales invoices and creating credit notes
• Assisting with customer queries
• Support the finance team with any other ad-hoc duties when required

Required Skills & Experience:

• IT Literate
• Previous experience of working in a Payroll/Finance role desirable
• Ability to collaborate well with others, but also work independently when required
• Attention to detail, an inquisitive nature and accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
