Job Description - Temp Quality Administrator

Quality Administrator
£13 - £17 per hour | 3 Month Temporary Contract | Dartford

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for quality processes? We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Quality Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a well-established organisation and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Quality Department with daily administrative tasks
Maintaining and updating quality documentation and records
Assisting with audits and compliance checks
Collating and inputting data accurately
Communicating with internal departments to ensure quality standards are maintained

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or quality support role
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Package:

Location: Dartford
Hourly Rate: £13 - £17 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
