Monday to Friday 9-5

Due to location you must be a car driver!

Office Angels are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to be the friendly face of our clients organisation. Your role will be crucial in ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors with a warm smile and assist with enquiries
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
• Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others
