Job Description - Temporary Accounts Assistant

Our client is based within the IT sector and they are looking to appoint a Temporary Accounts Assistant for a period of six-months. Duties will include;

  • all aspects of the purchase ledger
  • all aspects of the sales ledger - including credit control
  • post transactions for all banks
  • bank reconciliation
  • fixed asset maintenance - monthly depreciation
  • month-end tasks - accured income, unearned revenue
  • journal posting

This is a full-time 40 hour per week position, with the flexibility of hybrid working, going into the Portchester office once a week.

Candidates who have a background in IT will have an advantage, but this is not essential.
