Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant

My client is an international Manufacturing business and they are currently recruiting within their Accounts Payable team for someone to join them on initially a temporary basis.

Working in this vibrant and energetic team, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and dealing with supplier queries. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain some exposure within the accounts team of a global brand.

Skills required:

• Ideally some experience within Accounts Payable, although previous students of an Accounting related discipline such as AAT or Accounting and Finance will also be considered.
• Be a car driver due to location
• Have exceptional people skills, and the confidence to deal with supplier queries over the phone both effectively and efficiently
• Be able to maintain a high attention to detail whilst working at speed
