Temporary Administrator Location: Kidderminster Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am–17:00pm Salary: £12.50 per hour
We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis whilst they enter their busy period. Based at their Kidderminster office, this is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position starting asap and running for the summer period.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Providing customers with hire quotes and information about our event hire services
Processing bookings and taking secure card payments over the phone
Assisting with general customer queries and ensuring a smooth booking process
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Confident using IT systems and multitasking across multiple platforms
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A helpful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems
