Job Description - Temporary Administrator

One of our brilliant clients based on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames is looking to bring someone into the business on a temporary contract during a busy period.

Working full time, Monday to Friday from the office in central Henley Parking is available on site.

Key Duties:

Preparing documentation
Updating CRM and spreadsheets
Managing inboxes, responding to enquiries
Coordinating bookings and ensuring information is up to date
Answering and directing calls
Day to day admin
