Temporary Administrator

Juice is delighted to be supporting a well-established Property business based in North Bristol with their search for a Temporary Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and friendly office environment during one of the company’s busiest periods. This role would suit someone personable, organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.

Previous experience within the lettings industry would be highly beneficial.

This is a fully office-based position with an ASAP start date, ideally Monday 2nd June, and is offered on a temporary basis.

DAY TO DAY:

• Manage keys and ID documentation for tenants and landlords
• Manning the phones and shared inbox, handling enquiries efficiently
• Checking in with landlords on a weekly basis
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties
• Carrying out regular office drop-ins as required
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous experience in a lettings or property-related environment
• A friendly and approachable manner with a strong customer focus
• Ability to manage a busy workload with confidence and professionalism
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

AND FOR YOU:

• Full-time office-based role
• Hours:
  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  Tuesday: 8:45am - 5:30pm
  Friday: Early finish at 5:00pm
• £12.50 per hour
• Start date: Monday 2nd June
