Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.

• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Handle correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Organise and manage filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
• Ensure the smooth operation of office processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and objectives.

Profile

A successful Temporary Administrator should have:

• A strong background in administrative tasks and/or HR.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in the energy and natural resources industry (desirable but not essential).

Job Offer
